"The word 'library' derives from the Latin 'librus' meaning 'shhhh'" (Tom Baker, Little Britain season 1)
(For the record, Prof. Auer showed us this video as part of the Introduction to Old and Middle English course in Utrecht.)

Little Britain USA
And the British trailer, featuring Tom Baker's voice:
As we can see, some of our best loved characters return, like Vicky "the Chav" Pollard:
Daffyd Thomas (aka "the only gay in the village"):
Andy and Lou!
"Nah, I bet people piss in it!"New characters are also introduced, such as Mark and Tom, the gym buddies…
Bing Gordon, a self-important astronaut who "walked on the Moon":
Another absurdist character, Phyllis and Mr. Doggy:

"I need to go to the toilet!" (Andy Pipkin, Little Britain)
It was unavoidable that I show you, after the world's cleanest toilet, the world's most disgusting "toilet":
"Ants, beetles, mosquitos, fleas, spiders… Oh! Several congrate! (…) A toad! (…) And we've got toilet paper!" / "That's a shit box!"
Yet, there's hope: the Viper, the state of the art in the domain of flushing huge piles of [INSERT WORD HERE]:
For those of you who think they waste a lot of clean water when flushing, the following video will prove that you're wrong: it is possible to waste more. Check this out
A comment on YouTube:
"That's not a toilet that's a washing machine" --> So true!
Today's Uncyclopedia featured article: the toilet (and the Pee Review, as a bonus)
This blog entry's title refers to the following sketch from Little Britain:
There's another one involving the bathroom:

People often have silly ideas…
Or a Honda four-stroke 165cc engine:
I'd like to get one of these for my grandma, when we go to the seaside… Probably everyone out there would be scared to death… Or I could use it to go to the faculty, but I admit it would be upsetting if it rains…
A little bonus skit from Little Britain:
"What is it?"
"It's the new chair you wanted!"
"Yeah I know."
"I had to go all the way down to Cranmouth for it; it's a right kerfuffle."

"Hello, Mr Horse" (David Walliams as Lou Todd, in Little Britain season 2)
This was a perfect example of a commercial that will never work with most people, because it's a reference to Coppola's Godfather. Maybe it would be interesting to situate the scene first: Johnny Fontane came to his godfather, Vito Corleone (Marlon Brando) because he needed his help: Jack Woltz, an influent Hollywood producer, turned him down for playing the main part he wanted in a new movie. Johnny is a bit desperate:
So, Don Vito sends his consiglieri Tom Hagen (Robert Duvall) to Jack Woltz in order to make him an offer he can't refuse… But Jack Woltz still refuses to take Johnny Fontane for the role—in fact because Johnny slept with one of his mistresses. Tom has no other option than to take the hard way:
The spoofed scene in the commercial is thus Jack Woltz finding the head of his valuable racehorse Khartoum when he wakes up!
P.S. Note that the character of Johnny Fontane presents uncanny resemblances to Frank Sinatra's career, who was "mysteriously" helped…
Today's featured Uncyclopedia article: The Godfather, of course!
The film is widely accepted as the greatest film in cinema history, voted number one on most internet websites like Fresh-Tomatos.com and the IMDB. However, it is also the subject of great controversy. Ever since the films release, mass cults have formed. Often, people claimed The Godfather's Vito Corleone was made in the image of Jesus Christ. Evidence for this claim comes from the characters title:
God = Shows the religous side of Vito.
Father = Shows that his father is God.
Putting both words together gets the title "Godfather." Some people continue to believe he has the title because it sounds cool.
The film also arose the disease known as MCD (Marble Cheeks Disease). This disease is caught from when people try to be like Marlon Brando and put marbles in there mouth, only what they fail to realise is that this can lead to a very serious disease, depending on how clean the marbles are. People who still want to pretend to be Marlon Brando have to make sure they sterilise their marbles with bleech before putting them in there mouths.
Brilliant!

Extra fun
Apparently, this episode was designed to be the conclusion of the series, just like what they did with The Office.
Talking about George Michael, he also made an appearance in an extra Little Britain episode to raise money for Comic Relief:

Close Encounters of the Third Reich:

Who can deny that Man is descended from apes?

Strange coincidence, isn't it?
This is a clever boy!
See, I told you he was evil!

This would have ruined his authority, back then:

Some of you are familiar with these signs, seen in the periphery of Brussels:
"How did you get up there?"
"I fell!"

This one is probably a fake one, though:

Brilliant:

"Are you having a laugh?"

This is evidence that birds cannot read (or, at least, interpret symbols):

And dogs as well.

eBay
Lyrics:
A rare ... mint snowglobe
A Smurf ... TV tray
I bought on eBay
My house ... is filled with this crap
Shows up in bubble wrap
Most every day
What I bought on eBay
Tell me why (I need another pet rock)
Tell me why (I got that Alf alarm clock)
Tell me why (I bid on Shatner's old toupée)
They had it on eBay
I'll buy ... your Nik Naks

They love me on eBay
Gonna buy (a slightly-damaged golf bag)

Chessington
In Herby, Andy Pipkin is enjoying is annual bath…
I thought you hated France! I thought you said the French could never been forgiven for surrendering to the German war machine, and collaborating with the occupier by setting up the Vichy Government...
If you have enjoyed this evening's programme, you might like to travel back in time half an hour and watch it again.--> Brilliant quote! I wish I could do that sometimes!
Andy wanted to go to Chessington World of Adventure (if you didn't understand what Lou mumbles…).
And, believe it or not, the crew actually went to Paris to shoot that scene!!
