Michel Feys, the Weatherman

This is (again) a picture taken while watching TV. This is Michel Feys, who sometimes (and rarely, I shoudl say) presents the weather. This man has a peculiar hairstyle, a little in-between the combover and the wig. When he presents, he does it in the old fashion way. Impossible to describe, but still. It's a shame that we don't see him very often. Notice that he's a member of the Belgian Air Force: once, he presented the weather, wearing his uniform.
