Rudolf Giuliani is known to be the mayor that cleaned up New York city. The effects are spectacular: criminality rate decreased and streets became safer, but also cleaner. Big Apple is not a "dangerous" city anymore. When I went there in April 2000, I was glad to see that we weren't attacked by gangstas — in the 70s my mother was driving through Harlem in a couch (as part of a school trip) and they were targeted by people that were throwing things at them…Anyway, the better status of New York is not this post's point. I want to talk a little bit about Rudy Giuliani's combover. Well, in fact, he had a combover: I think he cut it after the 9/11 attacks. I've got to check it out. But as you can see on the picture (a smart comparison), he looked much more ridiculous with his hair appendix before; maybe he eventually noticed it and decided to cut it.
Now he's running for the Republican nomination in the 2008 Presidential election. I don't think people would voted for him if he still had his combover. Oh, wait, I've got an idea: I gotta check all US presidents' pictures: maybe I'm gonna find a combovered one. Wait and see…
